Orders can be processed and delivered to your residence within 1-2 business days. Please enter the date needed during ordering process. As our saying goes… “we deliver when you do!”

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping time is in addition to processing time. Depending on your shipping selection, your order can take anywhere from 1-7 business days. Rush orders are available at an additional cost.

Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the item and your zip code. The shopping cart will charge shipping based on UPS rates. When your order ships, you will be provided with a UPS tracking number.

Please request overnight shipping if personalized chocolates are shipped during warm weather, because the chocolate can melt.

The price depends on which product you order and rental duration. Please see product pages for specific item prices.

Yes, we collect California state tax on all yard sign orders. For shipped items, such as bundles, we charge 7.75% sales tax for orders purchased in California.

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card information is collected over an encrypted server, the highest standard in internet security.

We also accept PayPal.

If an order is cancelled immediately, there is no cancellation fee.

If an order is cancelled after work has begun, but before printing, there is a $10 cancellation fee.

If an order is cancelled after printing, only shipping charges can be refunded.

If an order is shipped, there is no cancellation.

Personalized products can’t be returned for a refund. If an error is made on our behalf, we will promptly replace your order. If you make an error on your order, we can normally replace your order at a discount. Please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can correct any errors.

In the event that an order comes damaged, keep the original box and packaging, and notify us within 3 business days.

Sign rentals are available from 1 to 10 days and will be picked up in the evening of the last rental day.

Reserve your Birthday Signs by submitting an online form or by calling us. Just let us know the name and age of the birthday recipient so we can arrange the delivery. Birthday surprise displays are delivered and setup the night before the birthday for a perfect surprise! A typical yard display will include up to 40 signs, including a 4’x3′ sign which can be personalized with a special message, name, and age. Sign rentals are available for 1 day and will be picked up in the evening of the next day.
